Returns & Exchanges
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at 021-11-11-IMAGE and we will arrange a pickup from the original Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
You may select a product of equal or lesser value, in which case we will provide you with a credit voucher for the remaining amount. If you select a product of higher value, then the difference will be payable accordingly.
Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores for facilitation and if the exchange product is available, our store staff will process the exchange for you on the spot.
Please note: All items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange or refund the product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at email@example.com or by calling us at 021-11-11-IMAGE within 07 days of purchase and we will arrange a collection from you’re the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your original order.
Alternatively, you may also visit one of our stores to drop off the product(s) and we will send you a refund or a replacement product of equal value, free of charge.
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. For COD Orders a check will be sent to the initial order’s billing address via courier.
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contract our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, IMAGE holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
